TIPS:

Intro:

In the intro, play the C and G chords like this:

 C G C G C G C G
---------------------------------------
-1----0---------0----1----0---------3--
-0----0----0----0----0----0----0----0--
-2----0----2----0----2----0----2----0--
-3----2----3----2----3----2----3----2--
------3---------3---------3---------3--

The lead guitar is playing these notes:

1/8 1/7 2/8 1/7 1/8 1/7 2/8 1/10

Guitar Ditty:

The ditty in tab format:

   C C(add9) C G
------------------------
---1-----3-----1-----0--
---0-----0-----0-----0--
---2-----2-----2-----0--
---3-----3-----3-----2--
---------------------3--

When playing the C(add9), keep the first finger down and play the new note with the pinkie - then lift the pinkie to play the C chord. This way makes it easier to switch between the two chords - the only time you need to move the first finger is for the G chord.

The lead guitar is playing:

   C C(add9) C G

---8-----10-----8-----7--
---8------8-----8-----8--
---9------9-----9-----7--
-------------------------
-------------------------
-------------------------

Once again, you just need to move the pinkie to go from the C to the C(add9) and back to C.

The D C/D G/D D Part

When the following chords are played: D C/D G/D D, the rhythm is actually playing:

   D C/D G/B D/A

---2-----0--------------
---3-----1-----0-----3--
---2-----0-----0-----2--
---0-----0-----0-----0--
---------------2-----0--
------------------------

When the following chords are played: D C/D G/D D, the lead guitar is playing:

   D C/D G/D D

---10----8-----7---6--5--
---10----8-----8---7--7--
----9----7-----7---6--7--
----0----0-----0---0--7--
----------------------5--
------------------------

Note that the chord played between the G/D and D is just sliding the G/D down one fret and then quickly into the D - the rhythm guitar does not play this extra chord.
