I think that there are two electric guitars and one acoustic guitar in this one. I'm going to show you the chords and a tip or two - you can take it from there. Be sure to visit my tab page in order to understand how I write tablature on the web.

TIPS
I'm not real sure about the D5/G chord - might be the wrong name and wrong fingering.
When playing the D5/G and G chords during the intro, use your fingernails to strum the strings - just scrape across the strings with all four fingernails of your pickin' hand.
When playing the D5/G and G chords during the rest of the song, use the thumb and three fingers to play the chords: thumb on the 6th string, first finger on the 4th string, second finger on the 3rd string, and third finger on the 2nd string.
One of the electric guitars is playing the following when the D5/G and G chords are played:
D5/G G
1 -|| ---------------------
2 -|| --10-10---12-10---8--
3 -|| ---------------------
4 -|| --7--7----9--7----5--
5 -|| ---------------------
6 -|| ---------------------
When playing the notes above, play them in pairs - this gives an octave sounding effect, like Wes Montgomery does.
When playing the D5/G chord, think of the usual D chord and then move the second finger to the low G (6/3 - string/fret).
When playing the C9 chord, place your fingers in position for the usual C chord and then put your pinkie down on the second string, 3rd fret.
I hope you enjoyed playing this one.
