I think that there are two electric guitars in this one. I'm going to show you the chords and offer a few tips - you can take it from there. Be sure to visit my tab page in order to understand how I write tablature on the web.

TIPS:

Intro

When the guitar is doing the A and Asus4 chords in the intro, the A chord is played on all but the down-beats of the 2nd and 4th beats. To play the Asus4 easily, think of playing the usual A chord, but the pinky goes down on beats two and four.

The bass line is (string/fret): 6/5, 6/5, 6/5, 6/5, 6/0, 6/2, 6/4.

All of the chords in the guitar intro represent just 16 beats.

The four A chords where the band comes in also represents 16 beats.

Most of the song

If you get bored playing the A chord for ever and ever in the song, try this. Play the A chord with your first finger - concentrate on the lower strings and do not play the first string. Play this chord on all but the down-beats of beats 2 and 4.

A

1 -|| ---------------------------------
2 -|| ---------------1----------------2
3 -|| ---------------1----------------2
4 -|| ---------------1----------------2
5 -|| -----0--------------------------0
6 -|| ---------------------------------

Then play the following chord down-beats of beats 2 and 4. Play this just like the usual A chord, but press your third finger down on the 2nd and 4th beats.

A w/added 6th

1 -|| -----0--------------------------0
2 -|| ---------------1----------------2
3 -|| ---------------1----------------2
4 -|| ---------------1--------3-------4
5 -|| -----0--------------------------0
6 -|| ---------------------------------

Similarly, you can play the D chords with added 6ths also - do like the A w/added 6th. Play this chord just like the usual D, except on beats two and four, put your pinky down.

D w/added 6th

1 -|| ---------------2----------------2
2 -|| -----------------------3--------3
3 -|| ---------------1----------------2
4 -|| ----------------------------4---4
5 -|| ---------------------------------
6 -|| ---------------------------------

Right before the harp solo

these notes appear: (a b c), play em (string/fret): 5/0, 5/2, 5/4

(no chord)

there is no chord played here, but rather a guitar 'break' that's played something like this:

1 -|| --------------5-----------------------------------------
2 -|| --------------5-----7-----5----------------------------
3 -|| --------------------7-----5----5656--5---------------
4 -|| -------------------------------------------7---5--------
5 -|| ---------------------------------------------------------
6 -|| ----------------------------------------------------------

Play the '5656' with a hammer - pick once to play all four notes
